Reservation / Cancellation Policy
CONTACTLESS CHECK IN:
To properly clean and disinfect each unit, NO early check-in is allowed. Your balance will be charged to the credit card provided the morning of your stay. Your unit will be open upon arrival, key and receipt (sent via email) will be in the Cottage/Motel Room. If you wish to change your method of payment, please contact us the day prior to your arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cottages: The $100 deposit is nonrefundable. For any cancellations less than 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the entire amount of the reservation dates unless the cottage is rebooked. Motel: The 1-night deposit, minus a $50 cancellation will be refunded. For any cancellations less than 14 days of the arrival date will be charged the entire amount of the reservation dates unless the motel room is rebooked. Please call 218-834-3751 or 800-950-0283 to cancel. Email is not accepted for cancellations. Changes to your reservation may incur a penalty. No cancellations or early check-outs accepted due to weather.
GUEST EXPECTATIONS:
* CHECK-IN is 3:00 PM. No early arrivals, please.
* CHECK-OUT is 10:00 AM
* VISITOR POLICY: For the privacy and Security of our guests, please be advised that if you are attending a function at another resort or campground, our resort is for registered guests only.
PLEASE NOTE: Maximum Occupancy is non-negotiable. Please do not bring extra people last minute. You will not be allowed to check-in if your party exceeds the Maximum Occupancy.
* Maximum 2 cars per Cottage or Motel. Please do not park or drive on grass.
* NO SMOKING in any of our cottages or motel rooms. $200 penalty will be charged.
* NO PETS (You will be asked to vacate the resort; no exceptions)
* Our Cottages & Motel are “Housekeeping Units”, which means you are “Keeping House”.
* Firewood is available for $5.00 per bundle. All firewood must be DNR approved. To maintain our hillside, gathering of firewood or kindling wood is prohibited.
* Our Office/Home is closed. We reside on site and are available. If you need assistance during your stay please call 218-834-3751.
* Items commonly forgotten:
* Coffee
* Camping chairs
* Spices for cooking
* Aluminum foil
